Q: Is there room to apply?

A: Yes, we currently have open enrollment.

Q: What is the attendance procedure if my student is absent?

A: If it is known that the child will be gone for an extended period of time (three or more consecutive days) there is a form in the Front Office to be signed by all of the student’s teachers, parents, and the student.

If the student is out due to illness (three or more consecutive days) family is to return with a medical note to excuse their absence.

If the student is not feeling well, it is our procedure to send an email to the Front Office @ This email is to have under our records to ensure that if there are any discrepancies our administration can refer back to their file.

Q: Is there any financial aid?

A:Yes, we have forms in the front office to fill out for financial aid requests. Families who need tuition assistance may apply for the Reduction In Tuition Exchange (RITE) program. Through the RITE program parents may offer goods or services in exchange for a reduction in their tuition.

Q:How old does a student have to be to start in Pre-School?

A: We start accepting children at the age of 2 1/2 and that are fully potty trained.

Q: What are the school hours?

A:Pre-school – Elementary Academic hours – 8 am – 3 pm.
Middle School & High School Academic hours – 8 am – 3:15 pm.

Q:Are you a boarding school?

A:No, we are not a boarding school. We have a living facility for those that are from out of the country but do not have a living facility for domestic students.

Q:Are there tours available?

A: Yes, we have tours every Wednesday at 9 am. If that time does not work for you please let us know so we can best accommodate your schedule.

Q: What are your class ratios?

A: Our class ratio changes every year. Our teacher to student ratio is a priority and we work diligently to maintain individualized learning. Our teachers are readily available to help with any academic needs a student possesses.

Q: What is the cell phone policy?

A: Our students are not allowed to have any cell phones on campus. If a student takes their phones out and it is in view of any teachers, the cell phone will be taken to the front office and only to be returned when a parent comes to sign it out with the child.
